Police Response Service
We are proud to work with QVIS Monitoring - the most accredited Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) in the UK - to offer secure, remote monitoring services.
As part of our monitoring service, if an intruder is detected either via an intruder alarm, panic alarm or visually via CCTV, the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) can identify this and contact the police. In around 98.5% of activations, the police are called with 60 seconds. We work closely with both our client and QVIS, and through regular maintenance and concise communications to minimise the potential for any false alarms.
Keyholder Response
Choose the right level of response for you or your business
Each of our clients' requirements, systems and budgets are different, and we therefore offer varying levels of monitoring and response.
If police response isn't for you, we can offer the same level of monitoring with nominated keyholders being contacted in the event of an alarm activation.
